Bad Customer Service & Bad Product

This company is able to deliver provided they get it right the first time round - any issues, and you can kiss your money goodbye.

We ordered two types of stickers that were delivered promptly and without too much hassle. The one was perfect for what we wanted. The other, they amended the opacity of the background colour without discussing it with us. These stickers were created by a graphic designer, and provided in the high quality vectors so to prevent this from happening - we didn't authorise the change. We notified them of this, and Jay, then admitted their fault and promised to resend samples and reprint. 3 months and many email reminders later and we still don't have the fixed stickers. It's all lip service and broken promises - and that's only when they respond to emails.

Will not use them again.
