Appalling Customer Service and non delivery
<p>I recently required printing done for an important deadline, and contacted Jay from Print 24. He provided a quote and I immediately made payment and sent through the document for printing.</p> <p>On the morning of the date that it was due, I received no feedback from Jay. Upon querying he advised that there was issues with the printer, and he cannot give me a time as to when it will be ready.</p> <p>Later the story changed to that he missed the courier and he will reprint first thing in the morning.</p> <p>I was desperate and already was late for submission.</p> <p>The next morning I awaited feedback from Jay, but still nothing. After calling again, he says he cannot do it and he will refund me. I had to run around and try and get the printing done. </p> <p>It is going into the second week and Jay has still not refunded me.</p> <p>Please do not use his services and I am highly peeved at the Customer Service and I honestly think that it is ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
