7 Months later and I am still waiting for my order
Never experienced such bad customer service. I have ordered 3 photobooks from them in October 2017 which has been fully paid for and uptil now (22/05/2018) I have not received my order. Whenever I phone Ashli which is the manager of Pix24 she keeps telling me either next week or next month my order will be delivered as they have had some "setbacks".

Print 24 does not make Photo Books we never have. PiX was a separate company that shared premise with us. it was a totally different company, management and owners the only thing we have in common with PiX is that they once operated from our premises. I ask you to please repost this complaint under there name and not ours
