Poor workmanship and communication

We ordered boards to be printed. The delivery was almost a week later than we agreed upon and the boards were completely off spec. Wrong size and wrong colour. The company attempted to dodge our calls and has also refused to refund us. It was hard to work with them and we missed deadlines because of it.
