You made me run after a poorly executed product

On Tuesday the 10th of February 2015 i ordered business cards from Print Experts on Main rd in Bryanston. The agreement over the phone was that i was to email the design specs as well as make due payment of R750 prior to the cards going to press and that the cards will be ready at 1PM the same day. At 12:55 I arrived at the business premises only to be greeted by individuals who had no idea what time it was and requested a further hour for the cards to be ready, time that i did not have. An agreement was made to have the cards delivered to my premises by 2PM. It was made clear to the supplier that I would not be available after 2:30. At 3:30 i receive a call saying the driver is at the premises, which I had now left. Having to chase after this organization to receive poorly executed business cards that are bent, and horribly cut (it looks like the text is squeezed in to the very edge of the card) for two weeks in numerous phone calls and a trip back to their business premises us absolutely unacceptable. They did not let me know of any issues regarding the cards and i had to deal with excuses like \I forgot"and a refusal of refund despite my discontent. """
