Printer that supplies faulty work and short supply

I prepaid for labels to be printed. They were supp**** two weeks after promised date, less than 30% fo the quantity supp**** of which 10% of this was faulty and unusable.<br> Visited the Company three times and was promised a replacement of the faulty labels and a refund on the labels that they were unable to supply.<br> After two months, I have not received and labels of refund.<br> I palso have phone them three times and the promises are still given.
