I am absolutely disgusted by Yokai’s response to a faulty big printing job that had to be rectified, she acknowledged the fact that the printing was all green, but would not commit to rectifying it , saying I need to check my printing machine. As it was an invitation to a function, we had to have it by a certain date. She was so rude on the phone. As we paid upfront for the job, we lost money with them and we had to use another printing firm. Stay away from these people, I would never use them again. No sense of responsibility.
