CALL PRINT EXPERTS FOR BAD SERVICE!!!

On the 11th of March 2015, I went to Print Experts to get business cards printed, and I was told they take 48hrs to print. I confirmed artwork and left, upon getting home I realised I made a mistake and left out some information that was supposed to be on the business plan. I called Print Experts and they were closed, I called them again the next morning at 8am until 8:50, and got hold of Yokai. I explained to her that I forgot to add some information on the cards, if she can please check for me if they haven't been printed yet. She said she will come back to me, she just needed to confirm but she never did. I called back an hour later and she told me the cards haven't been printed yet, I must send the details that I want added. They added the information and redid the artwork and sent to me to confirm. Today, the 17th March 2015, she now tells me the initial cards were printed the same day (but she told me they weren't printed), and there's nothing she can do. Why then has nobody called me 3days later? She tells me she's sorry!! Business owners must stay away from that nonsensical business with a horrible attitude towards business presented to them!! DON'T USE THEM, EVER!!
