********* charging

After being quoted by Print Elegance for a double sided full colour pamphlet i arrived with my artwork and was told that unless I paid an extra R100, they would print their own advert across a section of my page. I explained that I was already using this space for my own advertising, which I was already paying for, and that making me sacrifice space on my own pamphlet for their advert at my cost was ********* and bad service - I was coming to Print Elegance to print 5000 pamphlets to market my own business at my own cost and I was not happy about Print Elegance ***gy-backing off of my hard work and money. By printing their advert banner across the bottom of the page, they would have squashed my paid for artwork and they would still make me pay full price for this. This means I would be paying for the printing and distribution of THEIR advert. If I didn't want this, then I had to pay an extra R100 to ensure they didn't print their advert and ruin my artwork. Expecting clients to sacrifice their own artwork to cater for Print Elegance's advertising is ********* and plain bad business. I went with an online printer [URL Removed] and had a much better experience.
