Disgusting Business Etiquette

I placed an order for an Acrylic print on the 18 July 2019. They advise that their time for deliveries is 14-21 days. I called on the 09 August since I had not heard anything from them and was then told that they do not have the necessary materials to complete the order but would once they could. I only then recieved an email advising the above. I called again yesterday on the 03 September, only to be told the same thing. Terrible service, Don't ever buy products through them if you have any hope of receiving what you ordered and paid for.!!!!!!!!!!
