Bad quality product, horrid service

I'd advise anybody to refrain from using [URL Removed] not only are their products really bad quality with dirty marks on the print, getting a refund is proving next to impossible - how can a company be proud of delivering such atrocious products? I would have been better off printing my photos myself and having it framed.
