Supply of roof trusses for new dwelling

As I am new to the area these people came to me and ask if they could give me a quotation for the roof trusses for the house that I was building.<br> I said yes and supp**** them with a copy of the plan and they came back with a quotation for the supply of all roofing equipment and that include roof trusses, roof tiles and everything needed to install the complete roof and to completely finish the roofs.<br> Now that the installation is 75% completed there are not enough tiles to complete the job and they call themselves professionals in the field.<br> The difficulty with the situation is that I must now order tiles again and this out of my own pocket due to their mistake or maybe incompetency.<br> Therefore I would like to warn anyone who trust these people to be very careful as the quote you receive and the real amount you are going to pay is going to pay are to be very far apart.<br> And now speaking to other people in this regard it seems the same happened to them and I just feel that this trend is to be stopped as this seems to be the norm for them doing business.<br> I would also do everything in my power to let people know what kind of company this is and that they must not trust their quotes
