Shocking Customer Service Prinro Velddrift

After I asked them to do a quote on doors and windows + drywalling and ceilings they took forever to get back to me with a quote. I then ended up going with two of their competitors to do the work And I let them know about my decision to use somebody else because they took too long and my stuff was urgent as my floors were getting rained on while they were taking their time not to do my quote. That same day I went to the store to get some more material, they let me and my foreman in at 15:50 after doing the whole covid rickmaroll at the door the guy saw who I was on the sighn in list. Nobody helped me on the floor so I styod behind another customer at the counter eventually by 16:00 I got to the front and started enquiering about the long list of stuff I needed and was going to buy. A lady approached us and VERY RUDELY told me that if Im not going to buy anything I must get out because they want to close at 16:00. She had a terrible attitude, obviously they guy at the door told her who I was and she was bitter. She basically proceeded to kick us out of the store. Why let me in in the first place at 15:50 without telling me you wanna close at 16:00? Is this the Prinro way?
