Unsatisfactory pringles quality.

Good day. I was utterly disappointed in the pringles which i purchased last Sunday at a shell garage in Polokwane whilst travelling to Pretoria . The flavor that I purchased was sour cream and thai chilli but inside the package was the pringles original flavor and not even a hint of sour cream or thai chilli. Furthermore, to my dismay I purchased the same flavor at a spar nearby where i stay in Pretoria last night and i was still disappointed in the flavor because it did not taste like the sour cream and thai chilli flavor which i am used to, it had a very plain colour and it lacked spice/flavor. The pringles brand is known for its unique flavors and quality- which i believe is associated with the price we pay in comparison to other brands. But, for a consumer to be willing to spend money on pringles and not receive the best quality in more than one purchase in less than a week, alludes to the fact that the pringles company no longer wishes to satisfy the needs and tastebuds of the consumer and this is very unsatisfactory.
