Terrible quantity and quality Pringles!

I have been craving Pringles for weeks and decided to buy a tin. Most of the 110g Pringle tins were damaged and still placed on shelf. I chose one that seems fine from the outside, however when I opened it, it was literally only a quarter filled and crumbled. I don't think Pringles should be placed on shelf if in that condition and I'm also highly put off with the content considering the amount I paid. This is the FOURTH time this happens and every time I get fooled. Is this the quality Pringles come down to these days? I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND REGRET SPENDING MY MONEY ON IT.
