Old Pringles - no feedback. Poor Customer Service

A month ago I bought 4 tins of Pringles, 2 tins were old. I DM’d Pringles and was told someone will contact me - max 2 weeks. It’s been a month - still no contact from Pringles. DM’d them again last week - no response. DM’d them today only to be told they waiting on feedback from the customer service department. This is utterly disappointing. They readily take your money but their customer service suc****
