Broken Pringles in tin - Again....

The last couple of months I bought Pringles and found the chips to be in crumbs inside. Is the whole purpose of buying such an expensive container not to use them for snacks at meetings and events?? Are delivery people shaking the tins out of spite?? Anything is possible in this country I suppose. No one cares about service or their customers anymore.
