Disgusting customer Service

after being a loyal customer. I requested a handbag repair three times on same bag due to poor faultmanship and the unbelievable response I got from a South African staff member called Callum was utterly disgusting and appalling for such a giant Brand. all I wanted was a different handle to avoid another repair or a store credit but to no avail. Thank you for your true colours. Please keep my bag as a token of remembrance in your repair store for you to look at everyday. I will resort to more upstyle shopping at Gucci and Louis Vuitton. with much better Mature and Approachable Staff of higher integrity. Have an awesome life Callum. Thank you for nothing.
