Extremely awful service

Bought shoes for R1300 at Centurion lifestyle mall and I wore them ones the bow got damaged was given then run around when I returned them... forwarded the matter to their head office I didn’t get a solution. I left the shoes at the store. Still no communication from the store or the head office.
