Poor customer service.

<p>Almost 2 years ago I purchased a powder foundation to the value of R1700 after being lured in by a Princessa consultant.</p> <p>The deal with the purchase is that you get 2 free refills within the 2 years of purchase. My first refill, back in 2015 was hassle free. I simply went in with my receipt and got a refill.</p> <p>4 months ago I went in for my last and final refill (my cut off for my last refill is Feb 2017), the make-up consultant Tolstoy me that they were out of stock on my shade as it is a popular shade and they are scheduled to relieve new stock the following week. She took down my details and assured me she will call as soon as the stock comes in. 3 months go by and not a word.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the last month I have visited the store 4 times. On the third visit I was told the they still do not have my shade and that they can mix a shade for me. I agreed as it was festive season and I was to be away day needed the product. </p> <p>The shade mixed was completely incorrect. In the shop is looked ok as it was matched up to my neck completion. Going home to test it out I noticed the huge difference when I tried applying it to my face. The shade is roughly 3 shades darker than my actual colour.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went in again to ask if perhaps new stock has arrived of if my colour can be remixed. I was informed that a make-up consultant was not in that day and I needed to come in the next day. So that's what I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Arriving the next day, the ame-up consultant- busy with hair products, told me that they do not have ANY colours for mixing and that I needed to come back (not actually giving me a date to come back) she was of no assistance and didn't seem to care.</p> <p> </p> <p>This store is highly unprofessional and for the price you pay for ONE product I expect way more. Staff are uninformed, unhelpful and very inconsiderate. This post will also be sent to their customer service mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a true shame as the products are amazing but the staff and Princessa brand are extremely unprofessional. </p>
