Pathethic servive

I purchased a princessa hairstraightner about 3 years ago when i was sold the hairstraightner i was told it has a life long guarantee.However i tried calling the pavillion princessa store several times they refuse to assist me and drop my calls. My hairstraightner sucks i dont recommend anyone to purchase this straightner as they refuse to assist me.The life long guarantee is just a marketing tool to get people to buy the product. I dont recommend this product to anyone especially because its so exspensive and the service is ****
