FALSE PROMISE OF REFUND

I purchased a hair iron at the Pavilion Shopping Mall from the kiosk at which girls were promoting the Aria Hair Iron. I had decided to return the iron and followed through with the emailing process, during which I received timeous replies. I was instructed to return the product to the hair salon, unopened, and request a return note, thereafter, an EFT would be me made to refund my purchase. Upon returning the iron, receiving a return note from the salon and emailing the said note to customer service, I have not received a single response. It has been 24 days since their last reply with no sign of a refund. I have received the number of a woman named Sarah, however, each of my calls go unanswered. This is unacceptable and frankly, *******.
