FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>The reason for this review is because I am a very unhappy customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>The company has staff promoting the product in the center of a very busy mall( Pavilion) which is false advertising to us as customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have purchased an Aria Black Hair Straightener on the Sunday 20 December 2015 as a gift. It was first used in January where it was found that the heat setting was very low and not hot enough although it was set at the highest heat setting. The hair that was being set was not straight at all. Numerous times the product was being taken into the store at the mall and the staff kept giving different excuses about the product.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually on a Tuesday 12 January 2016 the product was exchanged with a different make, a Black Mica was substituted instead of the original Aria brand that was supposed to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really uncalled for has you are promoting one product and replacing with another, you have policy’s in place about refunds and exchanges but this is where you have to make a difference to us customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Urgent Help is required as this product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee but its not even a year this product to be trobling.
