Pathetic service

Where do I begin... worst purchase experience of my life. So I bought my first car on the 23rd of Jan 2019. 30minutes of driving out the dealer I realized that the a/c wasn’t working: took it back same day and I was asked to bring it back the following day. On the 24th took it in and their driver was called to take me home: I waited for more than 30min whereby I had to organize my own transport home. I waited the whole day for the car - no call, sms any feedback from the dealer regarding the status of the car. I the client had to chase the for an update and actually drove to the dealer to demand answers. I was given a courtesy which after I had mentioned it to them. I was called on the 25th, Friday afternoon that they cannot find the fault, they are in talks with VWSA as the car then seems to be faulty. I was then called on Monday to keep using the car, they’ve found the problem it’s the pipe for the a/c the lady (Michelle) said. She said they’ve ordered the part but because of backlog it’ll take two to three weeks. No problem I had. On Monday,11 February Michelle calls me and tells me the car is fixed and washed. I left work early just to have the courtesy car washed and fetch my vehicle. Only to get there to have the lady (Michelle) hand me keys to a car that is not washed. So I refused to take it and collected the vehicle the next day Tuesday, the 12th. A/C was working and Friday, 15th the A/C stopped working. So I took in on Saturday, 16th that morning whereby I was told after testing that the “new compressor” isn’t “kicking in”. they provided me an UP(vehicle) as a courtesy. Which I refused as I don’t like it, so I opted to take my car and return it on Monday, 18th. The car was attended to and fixed. Which I collected that afternoon. The A/C worked from then but today, Thursday, 21st Feb afternoon the a/c stopped working again. Now this is the 3rd time I have to take it in - which I did. I had told them I want a new car or we cancel the deal. The manager asked to call me tomorrow morning as it is late now as they are about to close so he can organize me a car. I had talked with the DP of the dealer (Riaan) before this occurred for the third time. He had apologized and given me car mats as an apology and said he’ll look into the matter as I complained the service I received was bad. He said he’ll call me to give me feedback after taking my details but to date I haven’t received any from him. Now tell me what do I do in such a situation? This is a Demo model and was 463km (if I’m not mistaken) when I bought the vehicle. So it’s a fairly new car. I haven’t had the luxury and liberty of enjoying my purchase. I’ve taken the matter to VWSA head office and they’ve looked into the matter when the car had a problem for the second time. I called them today to lay a complaint about the car not working again today. I left a message with one of the consultants to give Dona (lady dealing with my matter). I was told Dona is not in her office but will be given the message. The day is almost over and I haven’t had a follow up from her. Now tell me... as a new client, buying a vehicle for the first time and experiencing the bad service is this what I should receive? I’ve complained to MFC as my financial provider and asked for advise but my email was forwarded to the dealer (Riaan) whom became so defensive and responded by saying he unfortunately will not be paying my installment on my behalf - this is regarding to a part in my email asking MFC to advise what I should do as I did not have possession of the car for most days since purchase and why should I pay if this is the case.

Hellopeter - PLEASE HELP!!!
