Be careful of Princess Lola Boutique

Offended and extremely disappointed with service received from Princess Lola Boutique!!!! . I ordered extensions directly from the owner of this business, to ensure the right item and colour (platinum blonde) is delivered. When the extensions arrived yesterday, it was yellowish-a golden blonde. Upon reporting this to the owner, I was told to use silver shampoo!!!?. I specifically ordered platinum blond.

When I said I am not willing to take the risk of staining the extensions I paid R2196 for , I was insulted by the owner, blaming me for not being satisfied with the (yellowish ) extensions, saying I'm a person who always complains. Is that the way customers are to be treated???. I don't think so.

The extensions was sold to me as platinum blonde by Princess Lola Boutique. I am extremely disappointed in the item, and more especially the bad treatment and offensive message to me, by the owner.
