Disgusted with the lack of service and patients care

I had a 4pm appointment with Dr Sl Jessiman. I phoned in advanced to inform them I was running late due to trafic and loadshedding. Its almost an hour now and there has been 4 pasients attend to and still I am waiting. Some of the pasients arrived after me and still they have been treated before me. If asked the very rude and unhelpful receptionist as to why I have not been seen yet and she can't tell me because the Dr takes the pasients infront of her door where I have been sitting the whole time.

I am deeply disappointed and very uset that this is the lack of services that had been provided to me.

If reviewed this practice in the past and it seems nothing has changed. I will post this on Hello peter and all social media platforms to warn future patients as I find this pathetic and very unprofessional.
