Pathetic Service

I took my VW Polo 1.6 Comfortline to Princess Springs last year for normal service, on my later checking the car; firstly my CD that was in a CD player was missing then, then a cover under the passenger's seat was removed. Last week when I then checked everything in the car, getting ready for the major service, I then realized my engine top was also removed. I take responsibility on the CD as I was supposed to have removed it but with the parts that belong to my car, that I don't understand. Am so displeased with their service and will advise people to be careful of them.
