VW Polo 1.4 spare keys.

<p>Hi I bought a vw polo 1.4 2012 from VW springs, When I recieved the car they didn't give my spare keys at the time and they told me they will drop it off by my work once they got it from the previous owner, something went wrong with the car it didn't want to start and I thought let me try the spare key maybe its the battery of the original key, then I realised the key doesn't work at all, not sure what/who's key i was given, I sent a mail back to them and they told me "</p> <p>Hi Lee</p> <p>I have spoken to my manager he says we will not be able to replace the key it has been 8 months since you got the key you have sorry about that Sir".</p> <p>Think this is very unfair as it was their duty to make sure I was given the correct key.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Lee</p>
