Audi Springs

<p>I bought a Pre owned audi A3 1.6tdi at Audi Springs on the 22/01/2016, Since i bought this car i just received problems with this car. the car has been back to audi 10 time for the same problem the Coil light ( globe plug ) light keeps coming on. they replaced R 63 459.89 worth of parts on this car already and that is excluding the latest job card that needs to be invoiced and the car is still not fixed. I asked them politely to do a deal on a different car but everytime the load the next car much more than it is actually worth and that i carry the loss the whole time. Every time i went to see them about this issue they just say there are processes that needs to be followed. i am fed up with this and when i bought the car they told me that the previous owner took out a smart policy for dents and tires and its valid for two more years, only to find out that they loaded that on the car as wellI feel this is unacceptable for a Major Car Dealership Like Audi</p>
