Cheap price but cheap quality

Prince Steelworks recently installed a gate at my home. I chose them because they were very reasonable with their prices. A week after the electric gate was installed, the gate came off the rail. Few days later the owner (name is Proceed) came to fix it. A few weeks later the gate started opening by itself. My husband made numerous calls to Proceed to come & fix the gate however, his calls are being ignored and rejected. We haven't heard from him for 2 weeks.
