The worst service ever I will discourage anyone from using this agency

I moved into one of their properties in December 2019. I notified them about a leaking roof problem. It's 2021 March 30 the issue is still not sorted. I've submitted countless emails proof and complains I guess I'm just another black ****** who is not important to them but my money is. They charge me useless things like fire extinguisher rubble collection which never happens, I'm not sure why should a tenant be paying for that. I lost my sound equipment to the value of 86k as the result of this roof leak and that doesn't concern them. I would discourage anyone from using Primo Properties the above agency including properties belonging to a Mr Dhaya
