Primo Properties and the Caretaker and the Trusties at Ernestia Hoff Flats they all work together to make your life a living hell. And take any chance they get to give you a fine that is not even necessarily to give .without any warning letter no first warning what so ever just a fine of R500.00 The day we moved in it was late at night and we did not want to disturb anyone staying at Ernestia so we did make an arrangement with the caretaker to store our belongings in our Garage. The next Morning the trustee came knocking on our door saying that nothing may be stored in the Garages but we were still busy taking our belongings to our apartment when I got outside I see the Caretaker and the Trustee is busy removing our belongings to someone else’s Garage without any of our Permission they just took it in to their own hands. Without any shame they think they can rule like they want and the reason was NO STORING IN THE GARAGES ONLEY A CAR MAY BE IN THE GARAGE So the caretaker said that we can have a Garage because at that time we did not have a car and that is understandable the next month or so we bought our self a car and we wanted to park it in our apartment’s Garage so we went to the Caretaker and asked if we can please have our Garage and this is what he said ( YOU CANT HAVE YOUR GARAGE RIGHT AWAY CAUSE MY SONS BELONINGS IS STORED THERE FOR SOMETIME I WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE WITH HIM TO GET IT OUT) WOW but our belongings was taken out without us and our Permission they did not even asked So we saw 2 Dogs at the Premises and cats. So we decided that we should get a Dog and we bought our self a Puppy after 3 months. The Caretaker Give us a letter it was the rules of the Premises we have been living here for more than 6 months we never got the rules. Except when the caretaker Notice that we have a dog that we now have for 3 Months that we very much loved The rules said no dogs but I did not know anything about the rules if I did I would not let me and my family got to love our furry friend that has now been gone for some time it really did brake us cause a dog is part of a Family. So I wondered why the other cats and dogs but I won’t confront the owners of the dogs as I have no business with them I have to ask the caretaker as he also has a cat so he said the cats and dogs were here before the rules changed and that If they die they are not allowed to get them again I did get rid of our adorable toypom Max it was hard So there is this rule no smoking outside except for the smoking area that has been provided outside But this rule does not count for the caretaker it only counts for the rest of the world he once said have a smoke with me and we did say it’s against the rules cause were on the stairs he said to not mind two days back my husband was smoking not at the smoking area and the caretaker said he will give him a fine It is so terrible living here if the Trustee has a problem he would enter your private apartment that you rent you don’t even invite him in if he wants to complain about you, he enters your flat uninvited and shouts in your flat in front of your children if you braai he is there If you’re in your Garage he is there you have no pace living Here and you can’t complain to Primo They do Nothing They ARE APART OF ALL We bought a second car it was not even completely through the gate And the Caretaker and the Trustee Stormed us and the wanted our personal info about the car we bought they are in your personal live thy won’t leave you in peace RULE IS JUST FOR EVERYBODY HERE BUT NOT THEM THEY BRAKE IT LIKE THEY WANT this trustee is so irritated he just won’t leave us to live and the will shout and behave brutal in front of your guests they even once tried to beat my father please I am warning everybody I still live in this horrible place and it is the 3 people making it A Living hell and you’re going to feel abused My Name is Charlene and I do still live in this hell of a place with no peace there is much going on here then I have said
