Untrustable

<p>three months ago had paid a deposit to Primo with the intent of purchasing a car from them cash, i however later financed the vehicle and the deposit was supposed to be refunded to me. three months later i have received none of it, the sales person keeps giving me the run around and makes empty promises. all attempts to get hold of the director is useless as the employees always say he is in meetings or not there. further to that i had taken a motor plan with them that i paid for and have to this day not received the documentation, i am not sure if this expensive motor plan is even valid. reading the other complaints on the website makes it clear that this happens all the time. i do not advise anyone to deal with them as it resuts in a world of frustration and loss of money.</p>
