They do not now how to sort a problem out

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>My name is eugene van der westhuizen. Bought a vehicle from primo executive cars in boksburg and their main branch is in Eden vale last year . I am struggling to get them to fix the car and when it finally went to get repaired they scratched the car and also the engine light was on and is still on they have not reply on my email and also not even the bank hasnt respond to primo executive cars . Tells me it's all wear and tear items and I am a qualified master technician for Nissan know your air con box inside the vehicle is not wear and tear .I complained from day 1 that u bought the car. </p>
