Problem Car

I regret the day I went to Promo Executive Cars! They gave me a problem car! And they not even bothered to assist me with the car! The manager is very rude and told me I shouldn't talk to him I should talk to the sales guy! Whom doesn't take my calls at times! I don't know how many times I've had to call that guy complaining about the car he sold me! Every day!

I've never had to enjoy the car he gave me! From the second day I had the car I've always bee calling and complaining till date!

Firstly they gave me a car that was not serviced! And the car that had problems with brake pads! The car always wants me to fill up coolant every day! It wants me to refill oil every now and then, when it rains the rain comes inside the car! There is always water in the car when it rains! I've took the car back to them more than 4 times to be fixed but still I'm not helped!

They don't care about my complaints! I've even spoke to the bank whom gave me finance for the car the person whom I spoke to is Raynardt Wolmarans whom helped me and I had to take back the car to be fixed however it went from wanting me to fill up oil and water every day to wanting me to fill up every week, now it's back to wanting me to fill up everyday. And when it rains there is always rain coming inside the car! I took it back to them for that to be fixed! They said it's fixed but when it rained again same thing happened!

I've never enjoyed this car! I hate this car! I told them I don't want this car and the sales man said to me I need to trade it in! But then that's gonna cost me money I don't have!

May I please be assisted! These people are quick to take the money but they gave me a s**** car! That's not even road worthy! Coz if it was it should have been serviced, it should have had right brake pads!
