Primo Executive Cars is Prime

After THE worst experience at a different dealership my partner and I decided to try one last place before we gave up on buying a car. At this point neither of us were particularly interested but were met with the warmest greeting from an agent named Marc at Primo Executive Cars. It didnt take long for us to find a car that we were extremely excited about and all of a sudden the negative headspace we were in disappeared. At no point did we feel that we were being pushed into making a decision or a purchase. The service we received was beyond incredible.

I was informed at all points as to what was happening and was treated as if we had all the money to spend in the world. I know everyone wants to think their car dealer was in it for the clients happiness but honestly Primo (Marc and Leboe) were so excited for us that we even forgot to pay the deposit before we were allowed to drive away in our dream car! Luckily we rectified this quicky!

Not at any point did Leboe from finance or Marc get frustrated with us for asking a million questions and honestly the financing is done so professionally at Primo.

Honestly I would recommend Primo Executive Cars over any dealership in the North of Johannesburg and guaranteed the next trade in will be done with you guys!!!!
