Primo Executive Cars ill-treatment

Hello Peter, Pls assist me get my car the rim. Im currentIy using the biscuit spare wheel on the ML 63 I bough from Primo Executive Motors,Edenvale on 12 April 2019 for approx R850000,00. Two days after buyingt the car i realiezed it had the water leak which took my budget for petrol and accommodate taking it fr service dealer. And during that time i realised the front wheel was loosing airand took it fr wheel repair only to find the rim was not only cracked but it was cracked on thr arrear that it was refurbished on. I conntinued to talk to Cuan Naker (my sales person)and Mo(his manager). They kept promising to get me the new rim since then. O have been doing telephonic follow up on their progress of finding the rim for me almost every week since. Cuan's response has only been one: that i will get the rim following Friday.And none of them ever called me to inform of their situation regarding the matter. Only on Tuesday 29 July 2019, I receipt the WhatsApp message from Cuan Naker telling me i must sent him the cracked rim to them so they can fix. I called him to find out why are they not sending the rim that is not refurbished since i bought the car that car expecting it to have no flaws. He said the owner ,Herry, said so and i cant get the new rim as far as he is concerned.

Can someone help me force this car deal fall off and/or get the replacement rim.

Also this dealer did not also tell me they are buying this cars on auction and due to my experience it shows they do not ensure they are serviced and correctly passed before being sold.
