POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT FROM JABU MABOA

On the 16th of May 2023, I visited Primo Executive Cars, Edenvale after I noticed the engine of my car started leaking the previous night.

On arrival I spoke to Mr. Jabu Maboa. I confirm the discussion with him and his colleague, Andries (Workshop Manager) via Whatsapp as follows:

The car is leaking oil, possibly from the oil samp or gasket.

File will be handed over by Andries to a certain Henry (who is said to be the owner of the dealership) to ascertain if the vehicle can be booked in for repair and only once the problem has been identified with cer*****y (wear and tear or otherwise) can we determine who will be liable for the costs.

As agreed, I will hear from from Mr. Maboa on or before Friday, the 19th of May 2023. He said "Yes".

I took delivery of the vehicle on the 9th of March 2023. I then texted Mr. Maboa again on Whatsapp on Thursday, the 18th of May 2023 asking for feedback.

His response was that there is no feedback from Andries . Later that day the feedback I got from Mr. Maboa was that Andries had not provided Mr. Maboa with feedback and we agreed that I will receive same today, Monday the 22nd of May 2023.

Around 8am today, I followed up again on Whatsapp with Mr. Maboa, asking for feedback.

To which he responded that he will provide me with feedback later in the day. I followed up with him again at 13:00 today, explaining that the oil leak has worsened, I fear that it may cause damage to other parts of the vehicle and that there is already a rattling sound coming out the dashboard of the vehicle, on the driver's side. No response till today.
