Lack of accountability for a blatant defect

I bought a 2015 Audi S3 from Primo in October. I told them the grill had not been clipped on properly and therefore fell off while I was driving. They asked me to bring the car back to them and I did and there solution was to fix it with double sided tape and stick the grill to the bumper. It obviously didn’t last long and they’ve no refused to fix it. Make sure you check your grill and bumper before driving away otherwise it’ll become your own issue.
