I regret my purchase from these guys

I bought a car few years back from these guys. I used the car for 2 years and never had a puncture. When I did I found out that the spare tyre was damaged and didn't fit on the wheel. The Audi A4 comes with a set of tools. None were included. They didn't even include the carjack. After a few days I noticed the carjack was not included, when I complained, they just gave me an old one that didn't have a bar to lift it. I had to buy a new sparer. The left side headlight controller was faulty and initially I thought it was just a bulb, until a mechanic told me a new controller was needed which costed over R3k. I thought they were a decent dealership, but they are just like the rest.
