Horrible and Dishonest

Dishonest We purchased virtually brand new X3 from Primo Executive First the eNatis and plates were only delivered after 6 weeks as they sold us a car that was awaiting clearance from BMW Finance We received only single key - they refuse to arrange second key even though the contract on taking delivery noted second key to be provided, neither have they arranged for the white keyless cards that replace second key I had to spend day at the BMW dealership to transfer the motor plan The service book was not delivered All of this on a car with 300 km absolutely brand new and costing over R1,0 million Don’t buy from Primo Executive . Harry and Akeel are horrible who don’t reply to complaints.
