For How Long Will They Get Away With This

I purchased a used vehicle from Primo Executive Cars in Edenvale.<br> <br> After 2 weeks of driving it critical drive train and gearbox issues were picked up. Issues that had to have been present when we purchased the vehicle. Multiple bearing in the gearbox are broken and that's something that doesn't just happen over night.<br> <br> We took the vehicle back as soon as it started making a noise. The dealer referred us to Walter from Auto Body Malvern, a company that they use to repair their vehicles and that owed them a favour. Walter had the car for 4 weeks and assured us that it was fixed and tested. We received the car, after paying in R1,000 after we were instructed that we would not have to pay anything.<br> <br> While driving it home the car started experiencing new symptoms. The gearbox made a new noise, no longer the old noise. The car would also slip out of gear now when coming to a stop. We contacted the Dealer and they said to just take it back to Walter as it must just be some kind of airlock after servicing the vehicle. We rep**** that we cannot go without a vehicle for another 4 weeks and leave it with Walter who clearly cannot fix a car. We advised them that we want a refund and that we wi
