Excellent customer service by Ivan McCarthy

Thank you very much to Ivan for assisting me in my journey of getting a new car. I had an opportunity to meet him last year in December. On that day, Ivan took his time to show me around and gave me valuable advice about cars. He understood my needs and budget constraints and kept me updated about new stock for the last 8 months and was patient throughout the journey. Finally, a few weeks ago, he managed to find a suitable one for me, and the deal was finalised last week.
