Double check everything and get it in writing before agreeing a deal

So it took forever to get the paperwork for the car purchased from them along with the back to back guarantee promised on the damaged light that MotorPlan refused to cover. The transfer of Motorplan was an issue and a big fight yet they sold the car advertising it had full MotorPlan. I had to make a monster scene about it to get them to sort it out and then it took about 3 weeks of what they called "confusion"to get it done. They also sold the car confirming to 3 of us in family that it had a spare key. After MONTHS and constant asking we still have no spare key and now get a note saying "Hi Peter do apologize for not returning your call and unfortunately we will not be paying for a spare key I have made contact with the previous owner and unfortunately he doesn't have the spare key. I have no idea who promised a spare key to you but unfortunately Primo will not be covering the cost of a spare key as it was sold with out one." After leaving message for Harry the owner yesterday I get told today that he has "left the country". Would certainly not recommend doing business with them at all. Double check everything and get it in writing before agreeing a deal and then probably get that written confirmation signed and certified as they would probably dispute it. Not impressed at all.
