Don't be fool by cars on the floor

I bought a Audi A4 in November 2017. The car had a faulty headlight on the left. I was promised it would be fixed. I was also told the dealership provides a 6 month warranty in case something is faulty. The car was delivered after 3 weeks. The headlight was never fixed. When I request it be fixed I'm just ignored now. The car mileage was 154 000, the 150 000 service was due and I was promised it would be done. After the sale I was told they don't do services. I had to pay out from my own pocket to do a service. Don't be fooled by the cars you see on the floor and the promises. The dealership tries to promise an excellent service but it's no way near.
