Sales process was smooth, they can really sweet talk you! They ask you to do a hello Peter rating before you leave the shop with the car, please dont do this. When i saw the vehicle i already noticed that the wheels wont pass roadworthy. And mentioned this. On picking up the car we were told that they are putting in new tyres, it looked new to somone who does not know better. Meanwhile they put on old refurbished tyres that had such thin rubber around it, also all of the rims were warped unrepairably surely the tyreplace would have mentioned this, they put our lives in danger driving this car onto the highway. 3 of the tyres went flat in 2 days, and we were stuck at a shopping centre and needed to be towed. Cost me R14000.00, All we got was a sorry!. Also i was told that they did a service on the car, this was not done. I also waited a month for my licence disc only received it after the temp licence expired. Also they refused to courier the new disc to me i must drive all the way from Centurion to edenvale to pick up with an expired licence. Really feel taken advantage off and **** to. I still have not received the dekra report i asked for.
