Bad service
Today we just bought a car vw touran at primo executive dealer. When we agreed on a deal we agreed that the dealer will put 200 petrol in. When we collected the car as we bought it cash we were told that they will not put petrol as they already gave us discount which was not an issue when we negotiated. They gavee is a car that is empty. Deon manager did not even want to come and speak to us on request. This is uncalled for as a matter of principle. They did not stick to their promise. This constitute unfair treatment in terms of tcf

So sorry to hear your thoughts of the experience you had at Primo Executive Cars. I have been away and only returned today. After consulting Deon and the manager telephonically, the purchase was explained as follows. R89 900 + R2500 admin costs + R2500 license, registration and on the road fees. As it was explained to me you preferred to pay no on road fees which includes the petrol allowance, no admin fees and further negotiated a R5000 discount. That was done as an - As is deal. The way you have listed your complaint you have portrayed us as been cheap and petty, which is not the case. You negotiated R10000 discount off the vehicle and opted not to pay the extras. You accepted the terms of this discount and then posted this. We wish you many happy miles and hope you enjoy your vehicle.
