I was promised a callback from Primo Advisors at 11am regarding a query. That call never came. A full week later, at 7:30pm at night, I finally received a voice note, not even a proper call, saying they'd been "inundated with queries" and asking me to give them a time the next day if I was "still interested." Still interested? I've been waiting a week. And now I'm expected to accommodate their schedule after they missed mine entirely. We didn't choose Primo Advisors. We were moved to them after changes at Bonitas. So we don't have a choice in who handles our medical aid query, and it feels like the service reflects that. No urgency, no accountability, and a message that shifts the blame onto being "busy" rather than owning a week-long delay. If this is the standard of service for members placed with Primo Advisors through Bonitas, I'd like to know what recourse we have, and whether other members are experiencing the same.
