SHOCKING SERVICE!!
My fiancé and I were genuinely shocked by the level of service we received when visiting your Blouberg Beachfront branch over the weekend. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very unfriendly waiter. His attitude was so unwelcoming that I actually had to tell him, “You can smile.” After placing our food order, he proceeded to chat to another customer and simply never returned to our table to check whether we needed anything else. I eventually had to find another waiter just to place a drinks order, and that experience was equally disappointing. After waiting more than 15 minutes for two drinks in a very empty restaurant, I got up, cancelled our order and left. This is particularly disappointing as this restaurant used to be one of my favourites. Sadly, the level of service has clearly declined, and based on this experience, we will no longer be visiting or recommending the restaurant to anyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as no customer should have to experience this level of service.
