Communication throughout the project was poor, with delays and difficulties getting clear feedback and updates.

The window frames were delivered damaged, and the installation itself was also of a poor standard. The issues required attention and caused unnecessary frustration and delays.

There was also money outstanding to us that was not paid, despite the matter being raised.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. When paying for a professional service, I believe customers should be able to expect reasonable communication, properly handled materials, quality workmanship, and financial matters to be dealt with promptly.

This is a warning to anyone else looking to deal with this company
